Helping Children, Teens, and Adults Regain Focus, Confidence, and Control

Attention (ADHD) Program

At Body Brain Learning, we support learners ages 8 through adulthood who struggle with attention challenges that interfere with learning, work, and daily life.

This program is ideal for individuals who experience:

  • Frequent distractibility or daydreaming

  • Trouble starting or finishing tasks

  • Disorganization and forgetfulness

  • Emotional overwhelm or frustration with school or work demands

  • Weak executive functioning skills such as planning, time management, organization, and self-monitoring.

  • Difficulty understanding time and how long it takes to do something

  • ADHD-related challenges that affect confidence, independence, and follow-through

Our immersive Attention (ADHD) Program helps clients understand how attention works and provides practical tools to regulate focus, manage energy, and stay present in learning and work situations. Rather than forcing ourselves to focus, we empower the individual with strategies that build self-awareness, self-control, and lasting independence.

The Attention (ADHD) program runs 7–9 days, with sessions lasting approximately the length of a full school or work day, with scheduled breaks. The concentrated format allows clients to build skills quickly, practice them deeply, and experience meaningful progress in a short time. We then coach you and a support person (for children and youth) to incorporate these important skills into their daily lives and build lasting independence.
